Mission projects |

 | Each year, the church is involved in several mission projects. Locally, we provide food for the food pantry through collections and "Souper Bowl Sunday " competitions. We provide support to the Ministerial Alliance for utility and other assistance. The church also provides items for Christmas and Thanksgiving Distribution. |
| Each Fall, the Festival of Sharing is held in Sedalia, Missouri. Our church collects blankets to send. Last year we sent 35 blankets for people who have experienced a natural disaster or need extra warmth. |
| Our church sends money to the Presbytery, Synod or General Assembly for mission projects in the state, nation and world wide. 2000 is the Year of Study with Latin America. One Great Hour of Sharing. This offering is distributed by the Presbyterian Church USA for national and international mission. |
| The Presbyterian Women (PW) meet every Tuesday for Bible study and participation in mission. The PW missions include sewing hospital gowns, making baby caps, rolling bandages for hospitals in Africa. In addition, they support the Presbyterian Home at Farmington, MO, mail treats to the college students, and provide personal articles to the Battered Women's' Shelter in St. Joseph and the Chillicothe Correctional Center. They support the community Senior Center with donations of clothing and provide supplies for the local food pantry. |
